The builder of very luxury motor yachts, Wajer Yachts, which was founded in 1992, has chosen Merkato as its quotation preparation partner. The company was urgently looking for software to provide global quotations for Wajer Care.

With a tablet or laptop at the ready, the Wajer advisor walks around and into the boat. All possible maintenance and service products for the specific vessel are entered on the spot. The advisor can also immediately present an error-free quote. The agreed maintenance is then carried out during the winter months. By working this way, the high service and maintenance level - which is inseparable from the Wajer brand - is maintained.

This allowed Wajer Yachts to run the entire Wajer Care worldwide on Merkato within two months. Just in time for the upcoming winter season.
